I really like this picture becuase I has a hazy feel. But, I would love some tips!

Very cool. Great interaction.. Some tips? Perhaps making the eye, and lashes a bit smaller..that and the eyebrow looks as though they were made to be on a face on view and not profile. Some other minor things..But It looks really good ^_^

Unless they're supposed to be glowing, I suggest that you might want to fill in all of the white around them.
I like how you made all of the blues not look crazy, instead they look nice together, and as you said, hazy.

I made the little bubble around them because it kind of shows that they are inseprable.

Maybe make the hand less blurred... I dunno. Looks pretty cool to me.

Well, I've actually done this. Layed down so where My head was on a large rock, or the sand, and the rest of my body in the water. So, I'd love some tips!

Well, as usual, I was bored so I decided to draw something. It's not quite finished yet, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Her neck seems much too long and her eye is too close to the edge of her face. The ear is also a little high up. Also, the outlines and hair are too blurry. You will want to work off of existing photos or drawings to get a better sense of how to draw faces before you start drawing out of your own imagination.
