Fill tool, avoid it. Use layers and put down a base of color then another layer for shading and highlights. Thin the lineart, round out the face, take advantage of the line tool for the wand, put in a bg other than white and try to spend more time on your pieces. Read the rules to be sure.

Sweetcell: I was just testing it out, but anyways I have photoshop now. More layers, and much easier to work with. Also, i like the lineart to be that thick, it's on purpose. Thanks for the help though!

Wow, this makes my cardinals I drew at the other site, look pitiful. You are so talented! I am loving looking at all your work. I would have been here a long time ago if I'd known you mostly drew here. I see KuteDymples is also here and draws a lot. I've been missing out! :o)
