I don't know what's going on except thatr the blue browser and chrome also. won't let me open a painting and revise or edit it;it refuses to open.why I don' t know i should ask Microsoft how they screwed u[p revising and changing, editing, my image I'm painting.It will not load,and refuses to revise' please advise.thanks/
