Absolutely no references. My first ever oekaki! I'm actually pretty proud. I used the official tablet for this, I forget what it's called, but it was a good exercise....I just know that in a month I'll cringe whenever I see this, though. Why? Terrible lineart....pathetic excuse for a backround.....the mane and forelock period. But I still like it so far. ^^

Uhhhh... I don't know. I didn't put too much effort into my rough sketch so the line drawing is kinda weird. But I think it looks sorta cool though. I'm not gonna color it. I'll make a better picture next time.

Don't be so hard on yourself...it's nice. The foreshortening on the hand is really good. I'd leave it un colored as well, and if I added color it would only be a touch.

welcome to 2draw!! this is really good for your first picture on this site. I still see a couple things that could improve though. you might want to color in those little white spots all over the pic. I hear they are called "fill noise". meh.

Welcome to 2draw. The colored lineart is a nice start, and the colors work well together, but you don't have enough command of your lineart or shading for intermediate yet. In the future, try using different thicknesses of line, and layers. Additionally, 14-minute pictures almost never stay on the intermediate board. You will need to practice significantly before being able to post there.

No problem, I've already taken care of it. Pictures considered to be posted to an inappropriate board are usually moved by moderators such as myself to keep the boards more consistent. Sorry to be so critical for one of your first pictures here, but hopefully it'll save you the possible frustration of having several pictures moved without knowing why.
