More Dragon eye practice, tried to do more with the eye this time by using some little tones in it. Overall I am rather pleased with the result although I probably could have done MORE with this simple image. Tones are good for getting a nice texture that you want without having to do a whole lot of work. For now I am thinking I will just simply work with the eyes of my dragon drawings until I feel like I well adapted to Oekaki again, I don't want to over do my workload with a huge image (Mainly the head shot images) and know I wouldn't be able to finish it in one quick sitting without completely messing it up. |

Just trying out some quickie eye practice, used tones to give it some 'texture' like scales since usually I do them by hand. I couldn't get a good color to go for the scales by hand so I used the cheapo way and went with tones. Practicing with a Red Eye, once again started with a basic black background and then added on the colors. I am rather pleased with the result of this one and I might do some more eye practices before I bump up to the larger images like I did earlier. |

Revamped up the 2 earred green dragon ^^; I cannot draw digital rain worth a darn on here O_o Oh well just experimenting with things for this image and once again practicing with Shading and the like. I am not going to try anything to advanced yet ^^; it would take me several hours to do something complicated and elaborate ^^; and I really don't have to much time even with safety saves.For some odd reason it won't let me edit that freaking eye on this guy O_o; the eye looks so wrong now that I look back at the iamge. |
