Well I knew that, But I think that since that background isn't focused much, you should add more detail in the Part of the picture that is supposed to be focued on more. If you do that, it will really bring it out. It looking sketchy like Doesn't fit in that much. I'm just trying to help!

This reminds me of that scene in "Lord of the Flies" where they have Piggy's head on a stick. Do what inatyrb said. Make the head clearer and with more detail , and you will have something.

the firey background is cool, but the ring looks like you put hardly any effort into it. Smooth and strengthen the curves and make it shine brighter, can ya?

If they haven't seen the movies, then they've read the books. And if they haven't done either, they still know the story. (Read the books before watching the movies, everyone!) Your one ring there looks a bit like a piece of ribbon, rather than a metal ring. Try making an edge that you can see all around the top of the ring, so that when your bottom line meets your top back line, there's space there.

Aww, cute. I realy like the beak, for some reason. The little dots above his/her? (>>;;) head remind me of Porcelain's old signature, if anyone remembers it.
