theres a contest going on at http://the-anti-faker-club.deviantart.com/ and this is my entry for it. you had to make an ID for the club that shows some sort of a flaw in sonic's character and so i made him pick his nose...yes im weird like that.

timers a bit off. i had to pee and was doing some other stuff. it didn't come out how i wanted but close enough ;)

Yup im back you guesed it! This one i sorta memsed up on well relly and um i had my globe out to look at it to see how the continets formedl lol i know most of you dont care but i thing surealisem is the best!

If you're wondering, everyone else probably is too. Spend more than nine minutes on your drawings, please, and you might want to look into the proper spelling of surrealism before you claim to be an expert on it.

yes i know what you mean yeah iv read like 2 books on surrealisem i love it but i know whare your comeing from oh and your a good surrealist i like "wonder" but im not sure if thats what you were going for but of all of mine i like "wrath of appolo" the most.(clip)

Ok, well tired so I'm going to finish this later. It currently looks like crap. This is my first attempt on the comp. drawing like this. This might take me awhile to finish but please comment on this to help me. Tell me ways to improve. I draw realistic on paper a lot, so being able to do it on the comp. will make me happy as well... thank you!

Well, It was only an attempt. I failed, Yeah, But I think I will probably keep trying. Tips to become better are definatly appreciated. Hm...

I think it's a great try! The only thing that bugs me is that the neck looks a bit too thick, but I'm always used to smaller necks..so maybe it's just me. But just keep trying to draw like this on your comp. and you'll get better!

Well it was only an attempt to try to learn things. You see, Its basically the ears. Those don't seem to fit right. The right ear (our left) Shouldn't be seen as much as it is, since she has a 3/4 view. That's what I think. Thank you for the feed-back!

first decide what angle and which direction your light source is comming from, that'll give you a better idea where to place the shadows..like for her nose, the shadow of the nose will either be left, right or under in most cases, you have darkness on both sided of it which makes it look like you simply outlined it. (When we see, we dont really see lines, we see planes and color and value changing as the surafece of the subject changes).This also applies to the head as a whole. From there you can create the illusion of depth and form.

I just tried to create some kind of abstract landscape, I spent way to much time on it and I can't get to come out how I would like so i just gave up on it. Its pretty boring I need to have a subject or somthing else in it.

It's not bad. It has good perspective, and just needs some more refining and details. It looks like an old Roman aqueduct.
