And you are saying this does have detail? This is defanately not intermidiate. Stick to the Beginner's board for the time being. Also, try shading. It really enhances your art.

The snouts look a tad long, and the splashes might look better with more sharpness, particularly in the foreground one, but generally, this is pretty good.
