yeah i was lying in bed when i was painting with touchpad so i couldnt use my mouse but now i am established in my office lol

Ok, this is harder than I thought. I played and played with this and could not get it to look right. Sorry FC....but this is what I tried....
smudging, using different opacities and different colours for the textures and no texturing paints. Maybe I am full of it....couldn't get it to look right. Go with your gut FC....

"Wow"! This looks awesome! I love how you smudged all the colors. I can see how you used different colors and different opacities, and smudged them. Thanks for demonstrating how to do this. I will try experimenting....using this technique. I'm gonna try it on the sails of my pirate picture....I already did smudge them a wee bit....but your technique of smudging looks way better than mine......"LOL"! I'm too tired to work on it now.....but I'm gonna try experimenting later. THANKS "Gillie"....I really appreciate your help!! :)
