(that's weird, I tried to do your name with the e from the char-map, and the preview gave me a weird black thing instead of the e... just so you know I made the effort to do it correctly)

Claustrophobia is a state of mind, a negative one but that's what therapy's for. K, said my smart thing for the day.
It's has a feeling of flight and freedom. Do what Poppa said and go outside for awhile, does wonders.
