Im going to a portrait painting course today and its been like over six months since i drew anything and almost 3 years since i painted anything with oils.. so i came back here to brush up on my skills :P

Wow, this is an amazing drawing. She has one hell of a body that is for sure!!! Love everything about this, especially the tilt of the pelvis as Teapot mentioned. Enjoy your class!! I'm sure you will amaze everyone in your class.

Ah, nice. I love Elvgren. I think it's fun now and then to try to mimic a style. And you did a good job with that.

Hey, did you name it recently?

I have a book on Elvgren, its on display in my bookcase. One of my prized possessions.
@Dot, I have been looking into art classes, none that tickled my fancy a lot.
@Shell, not so much as a problem with drawing from drawings, I've done quite a few, it'd just be so nice to use real people and see how much I could improve (or the opposite)

Yeah I did, it's what I was going to name it all along, we also did a version on RMD with the same title.
