How are the titles such as "dabbler" "master" "artist" and such things like this...i saw a title that was disturbing "unlucky" and i've been on this site for years and my title has never changed from "dabbler" so i was just wondering how that was determined...Thanks!

I'm guessing it's how many times you post on certain boards, for instance if you post 50 drawings on the advanced board you're a master.

Yep, and if you do over 1000, you're an asshole.

I am wagering that This Page expalins how the names change.

The bottom section of this page states that a running total of these points and recent changes are on each user's studio page. there is no direct reflection of actual points, that I had found. I believe these titles are a reflection of participation based on a less than visible point system.

The one individual I had seen labeled "unlucky" had made several fast and simple drawings with little, perceived, effort on board declared for more advanced or experienced pictures and was argumentative when called on it. The pictures were removed or relocated and likely this point total was effected.

Is this correct?

The real trick is to pay-pal Marcello some money and ask for a title.

Why all the hate? I'm satisfied with my title and really to be honest don't give a damn what rank I am as long as I am free to express myself then I'm happy. Flubbles I don't appreciate this blatant attack I have NEVER done anything to take shots at anyone, I'm the quiet one in the background who just wants to draw and have fun. I've tried to stay out of the "politics" of this site but all I've been getting lately is negativity and I don't appreciate it...I had a legitimate question because I couldn't find the link on the site and needed someone to help me out...

Some of those names change at certain points after a number of submissions..but Marcello did allow some who did contribute to choose a name if they wanted to at one point.

Not me. Marcello forced me to have the name "asshole". It was really mean and he still thinks it's funny.

I love this site and I wouldn't mind making a contribution and in reward getting a custom name <3 I think that'd be cool!
