Thank you, Elly. I find these things so soothing, like meditation. I do one most nights before bed to quiet my mind. Usually delete them but I liked the colours in this one.

Well he's not doing a lot of maintaining.. and the pics that were lost on both occasions had to do with server switches.....I have all mine.. mostly save to DA..but ya.. always a good idea to save whatever you want to keep before it goes to limbo

Just want to say to everyone, save all your pictures now if you want to remember them. Because I think this is a way of saying goodbye. 2draw that is. Edit: I did not double post I swear!

FG has always been there, Dave. Hardly anyone goes there to draw. And we don't have Lascaux. Marcello never responded when we asked if we could use the applet. I don't think he shares it. You've always been welcome.

It's kinda like marbling paper, fun but you have to let go of having total control. I still have never gotten anything that looks like the stuff Mudbutt does. I think it has to do with the dodge tool. But it's also kind of cool to see how varied the results are from different users. Pun intended. Wish I could combine Lascaux and Chibi. Now that would be fun.

Thanks, Dave. It is a very sort of meditative activity once you figure out how the tools work. (which, I haven't!) Very different from doing representational work or portraiture.

Should I answer you twice, Lori? lol I was thinking about Jacob's coat of many colours and then my mind just sort of ran off with the word Jacob. Yeah, it made me think of some of those beautiful pieces Donna used to do, too. I wish she would do some more.
